Today was another coaching day in which we visited 2 schools in the morning (with extremely polite children, all of whom were fully engaged) before returning to camp for lunch.

The first school really highlighted how little these children have as in order to reach the pitch we had to walk 5 minutes through the village.  Everyone was so excited to see us all and we all were swarmed by happy faces at least once during the day.

The food here is wonderful and recently lunch has been a sandwich with crisps that, despite the simplicity, have been keeping me going.

We also visited a third school in the afternoon, where we just played games with the children, it was clear they loved every minute.

On the way back we got pulled over for 'speeding' (3mph over the speed limit - don't worry parents they all had their seatbelts on!), but Mr Horrod used his magical haggling skills - on behalf of the other driver - to lower the fine down from an outrageous £17 to £5! As you can tell exchange rate is shocking!  The drive home also lets us see some impala, water buck, kudu and a zebra.  As you can imagine, the reality of being in Africa has certainly hit most of us by now but I can safely say my heart is full.

My love to all the parents, Molly.
P.S. Missing you Mum, Dad and Sam.

Went to 3 schools today and coached.  My refereeing skills have definitely improved! The children at the first school (RCZ School), gave me a run for my money as they told me some of the rules, hard to keep up as they are so fast!  I really enjoyed teaching games today, when we had too many children for our tag belts we improvised and played Touch Rugby! We were kept on our feet, as the numbers at each school were ever increasing - amazing!

I am very much looking forward to the 2nd and 3rd tournaments to held here in Lusaka at Chainda and Chilanga where we are staying.

I really miss Bailey, give him a squeeze for me.
